  • A variety of fun, Group Exercise Classes & Wellness Programs/Events offered locally at Orlando's Stoneybrook East Community Fitness Center, virtually (live & on-demand), and for Businesses and Communities, where the focus is on movement, mindset, and results.

  • Nutrition Coaching to ensure your diet and eating behaviors remain healthy and optimal for your goals.

  • Assisted Stretching services, promoting flexibility, mobility, and better recovery. 

  • Mindset & Wellness Coaching to help you stay positive, resilient, and well mentally and emotionally throughout your lifetime.

  • Health Coaching (coming soon!) to collaborate with you to explore and realize your capacity to make behavioral change and build a healthier life for yourself.
