TRAINER BIO
Breanna has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer (2015-present), Weight Loss Specialist (2017), Corrective Exercise Specialist (2018), Stretching & Flexibility Coach (2022), Youth Exercise Specialist (2023), and by the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Group Fitness Instructor (2020). She remains ambitious and continues to further her education, expand her knowledge, and advance her skills in the fitness, health, and wellness industry through practice, research, and nationally-accredited courses to ensure she's always providing the most valuable services and results to her clients and class participants. (In fact, she is currently working to become an ACE-Certified Health Coach, with a goal to achieve this status by the end of 2024!)
With an innate drive to help others feel good by listening and showing compassion, Breanna graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology; knowledge which has been useful in helping her clients and class participants with behavior modification and mental wellness. She began her career as a fitness professional over 9 years ago, after realizing her love for health, fitness, and her passion for helping others. Since making that decision, she has gained real-world experience coaching clients of all ages and fitness levels in one-on-one and small group training settings, as well as in various group exercise classes including Metabolic X Conditioning, AquaFit Water Aerobics, Orangetheory Fitness, H.I.I.T. by LAF, F45 Training, and her very own B-Fit classes for Adults and Youth (ages 5-17).

Her progression-based, comprehensive training and nutrition programs apply scientifically-proven, up-to-date methods that can deliver optimal results based on individual or generalized needs and goals. She incorporates functional, integrated fitness components (including mobility, flexibility, corrective exercise, core, balance, resistance, cardiorespiratory, plyometric, and SAQ training) using various exercise modalities and workout formats to offer you the kind of variety that will keep your body challenged, mind engaged, and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience every time you exercise.

Her training approach is to guide, motivate, and challenge you through each session with enthusiasm and encouragement; provide you with useful corrections, resources, and applicable education; and be a workout companion (or competitor!) who will motivate you to safely push yourself beyond what you think you are capable of doing. This will allow your body to adapt and evolve while your mind builds resilience, perseverance, and self-confidence!

For the many benefits of your health and longevity, she advocates daily physical activity through fitness training, recovery, and wellness assignments via the Progression Personal Training App . She will encourage healthy eating habits with customized nutrition coaching. She will check in frequently to ensure you're held accountable, and she will offer you mental and emotional support to help you sort through barriers, realize your full potential and abilities, and develop a resilient, positive mindset. Her hope is that through all of these tactics, she can deliver rewarding results that reinforce healthy behaviors and inspire you to sustain them for the rest of your life.
GET PERSONAL WITH THE TRAINER
Hi!! I'm Coach Breanna.
I have been physically active my entire life, participating in year-round athletic sports including soccer, field hockey, basketball, gymnastics, and softball. In high school, I began resistance training, long-distance running, and participating in group fitness classes, which is when I remember thinking to myself, "I'd love to be a fitness instructor someday!"

Unfortunately, I suffered from the eating disorder, Anorexia in High School, where I dropped down to 98 lbs. because I didn’t have a healthy relationship with food, nor did I appreciate the importance and power of proper nutrition for my long-term health. Since overcoming the disorder, I can proudly say that I have a a positive, healthy relationship with food because I have grown appreciation for and a strong understanding of how food is fuel and medicine. I aim to help others find that positive, healthy relationship with food too.

Of course, I have always had an innate drive to help others feel good by listening and showing compassion, which is why I acquired my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I knew I wanted to help people search and find their virtues and well-being.

However, I didn't become a fitness professional until enduring my first postpartum transformation. It was then that I realized my immense enthusiasm and interest in health, fitness, and wellness, as well as my genuine care for others. I also recognized how many people need help in these areas, and how greatly I want to positively impact and enhance the lives of others. This is when I decided to dedicate my career to helping individuals of all ages optimize their health, fitness, and wellness for their best chance at longevity, feeling good, and having a good quality of life.

Since becoming a fitness professional in 2015, I have made it my mission to help people of ALL ages know how to live a healthy lifestyle through consistent physical activity, healthy nutrition, proper hydration, adequate and quality rest, and a strong, positive mindset. I have helped hundreds of individuals of all ages, fitness levels, physiological conditions and physical limitations enjoy their workouts, feel better, move better, perform better, think better, behave better, live a better quality of life, and achieve the results they desire. I will work hard to help YOU, your family, friends, colleagues, and communities do the same!

My goal is to help broaden the culture of health, fitness and wellness throughout the country. I aim to start locally, and eventually open an all-encompassing, family-friendly Fitness and Wellness Center for individuals of ALL ages right here in Orlando, FL (which I hope eventually expands nationwide!). My vision is to create a supportive community of active, healthy, and well-informed individuals who can move, learn, develop, and thrive in positive personal growth while progressing their overall health, physical fitness, and mental wellness. If you like the idea, you can show your support for making the dream a reality by joining the B-Fit community today! ;)
I look forward to helping you and your family!
