Assisted Stretching

Assisted Stretching is provided by a Certified Stretching Practitioner & Flexibility Coach, who uses their scientific knowledge and a wide range of techniques including distraction, oscillating movements, passive static stretching, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) to promote relaxation throughout the body, increase flexibility and joint range of motion, improve posture and blood circulation, enhance athletic performance, relieve pain, and reduce recovery times. Stretching is even proven to lower stress, feel therapeutic, improve sleep, and boost energy.
